If you have 10 acres or more available for multi-family housing, we want to visit with you and share our housing program with you.

We have several different programs for both building and financings that are designed for churches like yours. Also, with interest rates still relatively low you may want to consider your loan to lock in a fixed rate loan. This is especially true if you have a balloon payment coming up soon.

We have programs and services that may not be available any other way to your church. This includes programs for churches with good or bad credit.
